Launch: Getting to market
Learn how to launch your MVP to real users, gather feedback, and take your first real steps toward traction.
You’ve built your MVP.
Now it’s time to find out what happens when real people use it.
Launch doesn’t mean going viral.
It means putting your solution in front of actual users and learning how they respond.
At this stage, you don’t need 10,000 users.
You need 10 who care.
10 who try.
10 who show you what’s working, and what’s not.
What you’re testing is not just the product, but your message, your channels, and your offer.
This is where you learn what it really takes to earn trust, attention, and traction.
Your goal
Put your MVP in front of the right people, learn how they respond, and take your first real steps toward traction.
Ask yourself
Where are my potential users already spending time?
What message would make them curious enough to try this?
What do they do after they try it, and where do they drop off?
What you should be doing now
Choose 1–2 traction channels that fit your audience (e.g., direct outreach, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, email)
Invite real users to try your MVP
Track what happens: signups, feedback, usage, retention
Adjust fast: messaging, onboarding, or features
Start learning how to communicate value clearly, this is sales, even if you’re not selling yet
