PH100 2026: Announcing the 100 brightest minds in the Philippines under 30

MANILA & CEBU CITY, Philippines — On October 2, 2026, StellarPH, a Philippine startup enabler, will announce the PH100 2026 list, its annual recognition of 100 outstanding Filipinos under 30 who are shaping the future of the Philippines. The full list will go live at stellarph.io/programs/ph100.

PH100 spotlights individuals making remarkable contributions across fields including design, engineering, marketing, academia, and media. Honorees come from all over the Philippines and are selected through an open application process followed by a multi-stage review by a panel of industry experts.

Now entering its third edition, PH100 has reached more than 2.4 million people online across its first two years, with engagement growing 40 percent year over year, from 1 million in 2024 to 1.4 million in 2025. Roughly 60 percent of past honorees are startup founders, and each edition closes with a Celebration Night that brings talents, founders, and partners into one room.

PH100 exists to give visibility to young Filipino talent, connect them with peers across sectors, and celebrate the people pushing Philippine innovation forward. Honorees receive recognition on the annual list, access to a wider network of ecosystem builders, and an invitation to the annual Celebration Night.

100 honorees under 30, average age 23, ranging from 15 to 29 years old — 73% are 24 or younger
Cohort spans 40+ locations nationwide; 51.5% of honorees come from outside Metro Manila, including Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Baguio, and Cagayan de Oro
Occupation mix: 46 founders or co-founders, 25 working professionals, 17 students, 7 community builders, and 4 freelancers or independent professionals
84% are first-time honorees and 16% are returning, including 5 talents recognized in all three editions since PH100 launched in 2024
71% report skills in technology, data, or AI, building practical solutions across agriculture, healthcare, education, fintech, and connectivity

More than a recognition program, PH100 connects its honorees with tangible opportunities, including partnerships, mentorship, investment. The selected talents are featured on the PH100 2026 official site and will be invited to a Celebration Night on November 6, 2026 in Manila, bringing together ecosystem leaders, mentors, and partners to support the growth of this emerging generation.
