PH100 2025: Announcing the 100 brightest minds in the Philippines under 30

Cebu City, Philippines — StellarPH has officially released the PH100 2025, an annual list recognizing the 100 brightest minds under 30 who are shaping the future of the Philippines through innovation, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
Now in its second year, the PH100 continues to grow as a national platform highlighting young Filipinos making significant impact across industries such as technology, education, sustainability, healthcare, and the creative economy.
This year’s honorees include startup founders, student leaders, researchers, nonprofit builders, and professionals from across the country. Applicants were selected based on leadership potential, mission-driven work, and real-world impact.
“These are not just high-achieving individuals; they are builders, problem-solvers, and community catalysts,” said Pjotr Steinmetz, co-founder of StellarPH. “If you're not working with them, you're missing out on the future of innovation in the Philippines.”
Key Highlights from PH100 2025:
100 honorees under 30 selected from across the Philippines
Representation from major cities and emerging hubs including Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Baguio, and Cagayan de Oro
44 startup founders, 21 students, 13 startup employees, and 11 corporate professionals, alongside researchers and nonprofit leaders
Fields of work include artificial intelligence, healthtech, education, social impact, fintech, and the creative industries
One in five honorees are still in school but are already launching ventures and leading initiatives
Honorees shared stories of resilience and leadership, from rebuilding after disasters to launching businesses from the ground up. Many are leading side projects, tutoring networks, tech communities, and local advocacy groups.
Several emphasized the need for systemic change, including better support for regional startup ecosystems, stronger connections between education and entrepreneurship, and more inclusive innovation hubs outside of Metro Manila.
A Platform for the Future
More than a recognition program, PH100 aims to connect its honorees with tangible opportunities — including scholarships, internships, partnerships, mentorship, and investment.
The selected talents are now featured on the PH100 2025 official site and will be invited to a Celebration Night later this year, bringing together ecosystem leaders, mentors, and partners to support the growth of this emerging generation.
