As our Social Media Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online presence of StellarPH by creating content that inspires, engages, and brings our community closer together. Working closely with the founders, you’ll dive into the heart of the Filipino startup ecosystem, highlighting opportunities, achievements, and stories that fuel the entrepreneurial spirit. This is your chance to directly influence how people perceive and connect with StellarPH, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup environment.
Create and maintain a content calendar that keeps our social media channels thriving and on-trend.
Develop creative, eye-catching content, from text and images to videos, reels, and stories, across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats to keep StellarPH’s content fresh and relevant.
Engage with our community by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content, turning followers into active participants.
Track and compile insightful reports to help us understand what works and what doesn’t.
Conduct competitor analysis to spot new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the founders and possibly external creatives like graphic designers and videographers to produce top-notch content.
You are young, curious, ambitious, and not afraid to speak up.
You’ve got a knack for storytelling through social media—maybe you’ve built your own following, managed a personal blog, or experimented with social campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a big plus.
You think creatively, pay attention to detail, and are ready to adapt as trends evolve overnight.
You’re proactive, communicative, and collaborative, working hand-in-hand with our founders and other team members.
You thrive under uncertainty and love experimenting to find the best solutions in a startup environment.

Expect a hybrid setup where you will mainly work remote but with travel within and around Cebu City and occasionally Manila.
