When you bring passionate young talents together under one mission, magic happens. At StellarPH, we’re on a journey to empower future Filipino founders by making it as easy as possible to live an entrepreneurial life in the Philippines. We believe that creativity, entrepreneurship, and education go hand in hand. That’s why we are looking for a Research Intern to help us uncover valuable insights that drive meaningful change.
As our Research Intern, you’ll dive into the pulse of the Philippine startup ecosystem by conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data that tells us where opportunities and challenges lie. Working closely with our founders, you’ll transform numbers and narratives into powerful insights that can shape policy, guide strategy, and empower the community. This is your chance to sharpen your research skills while contributing directly to a purpose-driven startup environment.
Gather information through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research instruments.
Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SPSS to spot key insights and drive data-driven decisions.
Develop presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate your findings.
Assist in crafting questionnaires, interview guides, and research approaches aligned with project goals.
Work with team members to ensure research supports strategic objectives, staying updated on global innovation trends.
Contribute to publications, white papers, and articles, sharing findings with entrepreneurs, government officials, educators, and investors.
Help us realize our ambition to publish ecosystem updates that shed light on the startup scene in the Philippines.
You’re young, curious, ambitious, and motivated by making a meaningful impact.
You have strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Cebuano or Tagalog is a plus.
You’re comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a bonus.
You’ve got a keen eye for detail and a talent for asking the right questions.
You enjoy proactive communication, whether conducting interviews or sharing insights.
You’re a problem-solver, excited to dig deep into data and uncover stories that inspire action.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly and resourcefully.
