We believe that creativity, entrepreneurship, and education go hand in hand, and we’re looking for an Events Intern to help us make that happen.
As our Events Intern, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. You will be dreaming up, planning, and executing workshops, hackathons, and networking sessions that connect and inspire the Filipino startup community. Working closely with our founders, you’ll dive into the logistics of venue bookings, supplier negotiations, and on-the-ground coordination, while also collaborating with the marketing team to spread the word far and wide. This is your chance to directly impact how people experience StellarPH events, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup environment.
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of StellarPH events (think workshops, hackathons, and networking sessions).
Book venues, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure equipment and materials are ready for action.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and maintain consistency with StellarPH branding.
Interact with participants and stakeholders during events, gather feedback, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prepare reports on success metrics (attendance, engagement) and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new event ideas, and propose enhancements to existing formats.
You’re young, curious, ambitious, and not afraid to speak up.
You love organizing events—maybe you’ve hosted your own meetups or helped plan school fairs.
Familiarity with tools like Trello, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Illustrator), and social media management (Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
You’re a creative problem-solver, paying close attention to detail and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
You’re proactive, communicative, and collaborative, working closely with our founders, marketing team, and external partners.
You thrive under uncertainty and are ready to experiment and find effective solutions in a dynamic startup setting.

Expect a hybrid setup where you will mainly work remote but with travel within and around Cebu City and occasionally Manila.
