As our Business Developer Intern, you’ll play a key role in identifying and creating meaningful collaborations with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders. Working closely with the founders, you’ll dive deep into the Filipino startup ecosystem, helping to craft proposals, build relationships, and unlock opportunities that fuel the entrepreneurial spirit. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup environment and make a tangible impact on the startup community.
Research potential partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities to expand StellarPH’s reach.
Assist in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for partners and sponsors. Identify and qualify leads, building a pipeline of potential collaborations.
Support outreach campaigns through email, social media, and in-person meetings.
Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to refine business strategies.
Collaborate with the founders to create and implement business development strategies.
Maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Track metrics, such as ROI and engagement, to measure partnership success and report progress.
You’re curious, proactive, and eager to take on challenges in a startup environment.
You’re a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and connecting with people.
You have a knack for identifying opportunities and thinking creatively to craft solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and project management software (Trello) is a big plus.
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
You’re eager to learn, adapt, and make a meaningful contribution to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Expect a hybrid setup where you will mainly work remote but with travel within and around Cebu City and occasionally Manila (expenses covered).
